nexora C20 Omni Robot Vacuum

After the mop washing issue was resolved now I think I may keep the unit. It’s working reasonably well. The issue was that the water tanks don’t close very easily and if any air gap is there, things don’t work well.

Pros:
- Love the intelligence and mapping capabilities. When you're done in the kitchen you can send the vacuum there and not have it bother you in another room.
- The mapping makes it efficient as well. Instead of wandering, it plans a cleaning route and completes it quickly.
- Rotating mops seem like they work better than dragging a cloth around like other moppers.
- Brush hair removal seems to work reasonably well. Certainly is better than manually removing it every run from the simpler models.

Cons:
- Got stuck easily and could not complete a clean of my first floor without stopping. Maybe it's my furniture but, unlike the 11s, the height of this almost exactly matched under one couch and an ottoman (pictured). So it would try to get under those items but then get jammed. Beyond that it had trouble with rug edges (as pictured) and got trapped in a bookshelf base. It was just not as good as the 11s which almost never got stuck.
- Brush seems more sensitive to jams than the 11s model. The “dumb” model just cruises around with a mass of hair whereas this one can ask you to fix what seems a fairly small jam.

I knew going in that this vacuum was not going to have all the bells and whistles of a much more expensive vacuum. Overall though this vacuum out performed my expectations.
In the first couple of weeks the vacuum struggled to keep the side brush attached. It would get stuck under the vent covers in the floor or under my cat feeders. I was able to get the side brush to finally be firmly attached and it has worked well ever since!
I was also concerned in the beginning about it being able to handle going under the couch, but it makes it in and out without much struggle.
I did have to remove the chef kitchen mat because it was too high for the vacuum to get over. With that being said I think that the peace of mind knowing my floors are clean is more important than the mat.
My house has 3 cats in it and the generate quite a bit of hair but I haven't needed to empty it more than about once a week.

This vacuum/mop does a wonderful job picking up dog hair and keeping my floors clean. I have a German Shepherd, and it runs daily to help keep the shedding under control. I love that it automatically returns to clean the mop frequently, and it consistently does its job without any issues. It's been a huge help in maintaining a cleaner home with minimal effort.

This is a no-frills robot vacuum, that does a pretty decent job. By “no-frills”, I mean primitive daily scheduling only through the remote, no mopping function, no mapping function, no Bluetooth or WiFi.
What it does pretty well is vacuum rugs, carpet and hard floors. Unlike many robots that only have rotating edge brushes and vacuum, this model has a rotating brush on the bottom that helps with rugs and carpets. I ran it daily for a week and it was still picking up dirt that my professional house cleaner was not getting previously.
It is also a little thinner than others I run allowing it to get under more furniture.
The full charge run time is over an hour on turbo mode. It avoids stair drops and has never failed returning to dock. It does however occasionally get stuck and can’t get back.

What disappoints me a little is that it only has one rotating edge brushes instead of two. This means that in edge cleaning, whether commanded by the remote or its own algorithm, it can only edge cleaning in a counterclockwise path. The other nit is that scheduling through the remote is daily at one time, no skipping days or twice a week for example. Pretty crude IMO. I don’t use the remote, opting for a manual start whenever the mood strikes.

I haven't owned a robot vacuum in a long time, so the idea of getting one that vacuums, mops, refills/empty, and cleans itself is really great. When it works, it is great. It is really impressive to see it map your whole house.

But when it doesn't work it is very frustrating. Somehow despite all the advancements in robot vacuums, these things still cannot deal with cables. Had it for a week and essentially any time it is cleaning a room that is not the kitchen or bathroom, he will get stuck in a cord. Also these things still do not know how to deal with hair. The bristles are going to just get tangled to the point that you have to bring out scissors to free it. Stuff like that is really annoying and removes from the good about it. Also spent 20 minutes trying to understand why it kept saying the water tank was abnormal, and I had to find a little sewage tray and clean that out.

When it is able to clean, it does a great job. Works well on different surface types. The app is pretty good and pretty easy to set up. It's nice to be able to just run different levels of cleaning on specific rooms. Definitely could be better, especially when you're considering the price of this thing. A lot of cool tech here with a few annoying things that should really be ironed out by now.

Hands doen best purchase i've ever made. My cat is very old and struggles with his bladder, so we typically just spot mop his pee spots when he doesn't get to his litter box. This makes it way easier. We just dab up the pee now and let this go. My floors are always clean now, and I don't feel like i'm constantly mopping anymore.

This is my 1 month review. I did a lot of research and read a lot of reviews before purchasing this unit. I have 3 cats and 2 very hairy dogs in a 2300 st foot single story. I needed something to help me keep up. Not necessarily replace me cleaning the floors on a weekly basis, but keep up.

Pros: Maps the house well and seems to have pretty good AI capability.
Hasnt gotten stuck on anything. Even the carpets
Seems to work well suction wise, with the exception of pet hair
App is easy to set up and control.

Cons: My main issue is the roller ball gets stuck every single time it leaves to vacuum. I have to literally detach the roller and clean it out several times during its daily cleaning session.
Clumps the hair up everywhere around the house but doesnt actually suck it up.
The washing feature just kind of smears the dirt in circles.

I do wish that for the $$$ I paid for this, it would actually pick up the pet hair and not get stuck constantly. I almost wonder if it would take me just as much time to just vacuum myself rather than babysit it.

I bought this a couple of weeks ago, to replace my original robot vacuum which had served me well. I love having clean floors and I don't want to be bothered with running a vacuum daily. This little robot does a fantastic job and saves me so much time. We have a dog and a cat in the house, hard wood floors and some area rugs. The amount of hair and dust that it picks up is shocking (I'm not sure why my pets are not bald, tbh) I have not used the remote or timer functions yet, just run it when I'm home and keeping an eye on it.

I've had this vacuum for a couple of months. So far I love it. After I've had it for a year I'll be able to give a better review. The last robot vacuum I had did well for a year. Then did not do a good job.
This robot vacum Eufy seems great so far. Picks up even litter that cats drag to the floor when they get out of litter box. The mopping is just ok. It does leave streaks sometimes this is the only reason (so far) that I have it only a 4. I wish they would make a mopping feature that you can use cleaning solutions instead of just water.

I've owned a few "name brand" robot vacuums - I had a Roomba that self-empties and a different Roomba that has to be emptied manually. I hated both. The self-emptying one constantly got clogged. The manual emptying one would sometimes just stop working in the middle of the room. I tried a different brand, and it would stop working when it hit my mid pile carpet. Frustrating. I wanted a "low-tech" vacuum that simply vacuumed the room. No fancy scheduling. No fancy wi-fi apps. I just want something that vacuums. This one works. I've ran it successfully for 10+ cycles and no problems. It does its thing and returns to its charging base when finished. It handles my mid pile carpet without getting stuck. I'm very pleased with this product.

Works great and definitely helps keep the floors cleaner especially with having 4 children and 2 big dogs and recovering from hip surgery. I had to set it to mop twice with scheduled cleans due to the marks that get left on my wood flooring if it only mops once. All in all I am very happy with my purchase and highly recommend.

It's been a little over six months since I've been using this lifesaver of a vacuum and mop. I had purchased much more expensive equipment, but this one crushes the old one. No issues getting stuck 3 or 4 times during a schedule cleaning! No odd smells. This one is a little louder, but easy enough to ignore. Just did the update and now you can change the voice and other features. So the company hasn't left you hanging once you bought the device. The schedule works great; every day, my main areas are swept and cleaned. And twice a week, the bedrooms are swept and vacuumed. I schedule times when no one is home and don't have to worry about getting the job done. It feels good to get home and be able to walk around without shoes, sandals, or slippers, and that's saying a lot, considering the two cats and one dog running around. And having foot surgery, so my feet are extra sensitive.

My first Eufy lasted 2.5 years. Given I had a dog, and it got a work out, and really bad luck with other brands, I got another Eufy. This one has lasted 10 months, but today, it keeps stopping and I get the error that the rolling brush is stuck. I have cleaned the brush. There is nothing in the way (no dirt or hair) in the joints where it fits into the unit to keep it from rolling. When I move it by hand, it is stiff, but it moves. Five minutes of cleaning, and it stops again. If I can't get it fixed, I am ditching the vacuum and the brand. I paid too much for only 10 months of use. I am quite disappointed, because a new vacuum is not in the budget.

UPDATE: I have updated my rating given my interactions with the company that manufactures this vacuum. I actually had two sets of interactions. The first was with a customer service department listed on their website. I emailed asking how to get the vacuum repaired or replaced. I was not asking for a refund, just a way to have a working vacuum. I was more than willing to send in for a repaired as it was still under their manufacturers warranty. I got a reply telling me things to try. None of them worked, so I emailed again, asking how to correct the matter. I was then told to take pics of the brush connections (ok, no problem) and to send a video of the item when the problem occured. Asking me to take a video would mean following the vacuum and/or babysittibg as it ran so I could get to it to take a video of the error, even though I had let them know the error according to what is written on the directions for the vacuum. And this was for an item that was under the one year warranty. That seemed excessive for getting a repair, especially asking me to babysit a vacuum while I am trying to get ready for the holidays. That response cost them a star on the update.

Fortunately, during this "please just let me get it repaired saga", whoever monitors these reviews contacted me and offered to help correct the problem with a couple of options, and not having to jump through hoops. I chose a replacement vacuum that the company graciously offered, and it arrived today.

Bottom line, there are bad apples in every product line. However, the company (through one of their departments) stood by their product and made it right since the item was under warranty. I am a happy customer, and I appreciate the department that had a willingness to work with me.

This is a great product. I bought one two years ago and it still runs like new, so I  bought another one on this Prime Day. It's great on hardwood floors and tile. Since it is thin, it goes under all my furniture. It picks up a lot of pet hair and dirt. Best of all is the price, it's very affordable!

Performance and price

Pricey but worked better than expected. Love the app where you can control where to sweep or mop. You do have to buy detergent in addition . It does not come with detergent or extra pieces you have to buy that separate and change it out frequently. ( filters, roller, vacuum bag, detergent, extra mop pads )The app does inform you when it needs to be changed.

It vacuums good but the moping not so much . It’s good for a house refresh when you don’t have time to do the floors before company comes but it doesn’t remove stains .

This is my first robovac. I like it's simplicity. It has a remote control and does not need a phone or any apps to make it work. I have it set up to run at 6 am. It does a great job picking up pet hair on my hard surface floors. I do have a few throw rugs and it manages those quite well. It is narrow enough to go under my couch.
The only place it seems to get itself stuck is at the edge of the sofa next to the area rug. If the sofa is not on the rug, it usually manages pretty well.
My house is 1600 square ft all one level with a cat, a dog and three people.

I bought this robo-vac with a heavy dose of skepticism, expecting to be disappointed. As it's turned out after 1+ years of usage, the skepticism was unfounded. I'm now more than satisfied with the product.

The key is a degree of realism in the expectations. For the price, don't expect the robo to map your room and employ AI to navigate its way about. Rather, it runs around, bumping into things, adjusting course, and sweeping up the dust and debris on your floors and carpets. I'd describe the robo's algorithm as bump-turn-continue.

For us, perfect. I turn it on while doing computer work, let it run around our floors and carpets in its semi-random patterns for an hour or more... and voila, a bin full of dust to be disposed into the trash. When I have a specific area to sweep, I use the remote control to guide the robo.

Tips? Spend 15-20 minutes from the outset reading the manual to understand the modes of operation, for example the steps for disabling the auto-wake / auto-run, which was definitely not compatible with our lifestyle. Accept that it's only semi-smart, your job being to pick up clutter and arrange furniture so that the robo can do its thing (for example, we need to move a footrest to give access to one sitting area). Get comfortable with simply letting it run around, doing its thing (in our case, an hour or so). Break out your hand broom for any hard-to-reach areas for the robo (for us, the areas under some tables with chairs, which are easier to clean manually than shifting around the chairs make way for the robo).

In sum, very pleased with the value for money. I remain amazed at the amount of dust and debris the robo collects on each run, weekly or bi-weekly for us. Only the mites might complain.

If you're on a budget and want a clean home then look no further. Ive been on the fence on buying the omni c20. I was in the market for a new smart vacuum since my old tesvor (5yrs) wasn't cutting it anymore. Having two cats at home made for quite a messy fur infected floor and my poor tesvor couldn't keep up. Debating upon several vacuums the eufy c20 stood out to me (not sure if it was the price, the dual downward facing mops, the self cleaning station or the cool little see through light in the water tank) but something about this vacuum called out my name. Im glad I took a chance on it, this thing is amazing. The app is super user friendly and well built. It gives you a full layout of your home once it maps the place. The app allows you to customize the cleaning activity as well as location, no go zones and spot cleaning. It has a build in laser to help guide itself, it avoids obstacles pretty okay, it doesn't avoid cables or plastic bags, these tend to get stuck on the wheel or roller. Wifi connection was a breeze and it has several sensors on the bumper. Im able to clean my whole apartment on a single charge while mopping and vacuuming. The rollers themselves don't supply water, this vacuum works a bit differently since it doesn't have an on board water tank. At first I thought this would be an issue when it came to mopping, however it has a cool mopping feature that pre soaks the mop at the station before cleaning. It would've been cool if the c20 had auto water filling but I guess that's where the other models come in.

All in all for the price its a pretty solid mid level vacuum. I'd go as far as to say that it rivals other brands with a similar price range and more features. I've had vacuums that boast about having 4k PA suction power and let me tell ya, at 4k PA those things were loud. The eufy c20 at 7k is practically quiet compared to others with lower PA. Even on its highest suction its still quiet compared to leading robot vacuums and others.

One issue that id like to note is that the vacuum doesn't hit all of the spots on the floor sometimes. There will be an open space and for w.e reason the vacuum thinks there's something there. I tried cleaning the sensors to see if this would fix the problem but at the moment it's not a big issue.

I wonder how the c28 is going to compete with this budget friendly vacuum.

Let me set the scene.

It was a peaceful Tuesday morning. Birds chirping, coffee brewing, my adorable little maltipoo princess just did her morning zoomies and—as I would soon learn—left a stealthy little gift on the tile floor in the downstairs bathroom. I didn’t see it. But Eufy did. Oh, Eufy saw it all.

And instead of calling for help… she went straight into it.

I came back 30 minutes later to what can only be described as a crime scene. Eufy was proudly parked in the hallway, looking like she just saved the world. But no, she didn’t clean anything. She decorated.

There was poop Picasso all over the tile. She must’ve done laps, smearing it like a toddler with chocolate pudding and no supervision. Skid marks down the hall. Poop trails around the baseboards. She even managed to fling some under the cabinet. That’s talent.

And the wheels—my God—the wheels. Caked. Textured. Possibly haunted.

Cleaning her was like detailing a war-torn Roomba from the trenches of a chocolate battlefield. I had to pop every part off, scrub with gloves, bleach my soul, and apologize to my house.

That said… before the bathroom incident, she was amazing. Quiet, efficient, and kept the floors spotless. But if you’ve got pets, please understand: this robot has no poop-detection algorithm. None. Zero.

Would I recommend her? Absolutely—just not as a bathroom explorer.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
This product had great reviews and I was looking for something middle of the road price wise. We have hardwood and tiled floors, and with two kids and a mini Aussie every bit of dirt, dog hair, etc is evident. This robovac has met all my expectations, you can hear when it’s running but it’s not very loud, much quieter than a normal vacuum, it gets under the couches, maneuvers around/through tables/chairs and to my surprise is able to get over the threshold from the wood floor to the tile in the kitchen. We have an area rug that has some short shag spots so I put it on auto and it will adjust the suction power for whatever type of flooring it is on. I would purchase again and recommend this product, very happy with it.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:
After doing much research and reading reviews I chose this Eufy mop and vac as it was medium priced and would seem to do the job well. So far it has been doing fine but the mopping feature really doesn’t do quite as well as I was hoping especially in the kitchen area. I do have a sculptured tile floor so there is high spots and low spots so that may be the reason. Overall I love how quiet it is and it done a very good job mapping the house. I would recommend this product.

We've only had it one day so far but we are impressed and like it. Not a lot of fancy bells & whistles, it has a remote (that comes with it) but does not need or use a cell phone. Important to us is that it does not report back our life history to the "Mothership" either. It cleans well, although one should not expect it to replace a strong canister vacuum. We also like this one in part because unlike one we had to return because that one wouldn't connect to our cell phone, the Eufy actually works and does what it's supposed to and what the advertising says it will do. Highly recommended.

This thing is a godsend! I love her! I named her Rosie and she is amazing. Vacumms and mops. Does a pretty good job with mapping and you can select areas to block off or specific areas to go and clean. We have a very hairy dog and he's in and out all day. Plus kids. I have her set to litteraly run twice a day and she's amazing! I had another lesser brand robot moo/vacuum and it was a joke. Vacuum was great but it was a stationary mop that you had to attach or remove depending on the task. It was a pai. And didn't really mop... This Eufy - #nailsit! Vacuums and mops at same time with two spinning mop heads. Goes back and fourth to base to clean heads and refill. Honest, if you can afford it or put it on a payment plan, do not hesitate. Rosie is worth it 😁

I have been wanting to get a robovac so far, it is good. I just got a few days ago so it is holding up well, but I would love to do a review after a year. It has great sex suction and does not make any noise when I clean. It is a little loud when it empties the bin. I wish you had a bag less dustbin because I have pets and I’m sure the bag is gonna be filled up very quickly

This thing does the job. If you’re not looking for some fancy app-based vacuum that actually does the job, you’ve found just the one. It runs for about an hour and a half before it returns back to the base. Most of the time I turn it on just before I go out for errands. It’s certainly not “smart”, and it does get stuck, but usually I’ll just block off the places it’s known to get stuck. It gets under most of my furniture. I’ve had it for almost a year now and it still runs great. I’ve bought replacement pieces for it (filter, spinning brush etc) when they get too old or dusty. For the price and durability, I really love this vacuum.
